Online purchases are possible on (hereafter « the Site »). These online purchases are governed by the following conditions according to our sales policy. Take the time to read the sales policy carefully as when you purchase via the  Site, you accept to be bound by the conditions stated in it as well as any changes that may choose to do on occasion.

Online purchases

Products found on the Site are for sale in Canada only.

Product availability may vary from time to time. Some products may not be available at the time of your order. In the event of a stock shortage, we will contact you to propose two options :

  1. if you want a replacement product, we will adjust your order and send you a new invoice;
  2. if you want to cancel your order, we will refund it.

Currency and applicable taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are expressed in Canadian dollars and are indicative only. Due to market fluctuations, reserves the right to modify the prices of the advertised items at any time without notice.

Federal and provincial taxes are not included in the price of products. Federal and provincial taxes are calculated according to the rate in effect in the concerned province at the time of purchase.

Payment method

You can pay for your online purchases by credit card by entering the cardholder’s name and the address shown on the account statement in the online purchase process. The full amout of your purchase will be charged to your card at the time you complete the transaction. VISA and MasterCard credit cards issued by Canadian banks are accepted.

The information is transmitted via SSL to Square for authorization and PCI standards will be observed. reserves the right to verify the validity of the transaction with the card holder.

Order processing

Please allow 24-72 business hours for your order to be processed. If you have opted to pick up your order directly at our showroom, you will receive a confirmation email from when the latter is ready. It is possible to designate a third person to collect the order by notifying us to this effect via You can pick up your order between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday upon presentation of the confirmation email. We reserve the right to ask for a government issued photo ID to validate your identity.

Order cancellation or modification

If the product (s) have not been shipped, the refund will be made to the original method of payment. Allow 5-7 business days to see the amount in your account. If your order has been shipped, you will have to assume the transportation costs to return the merchandise to us, or bring it back to our showroom, at 2392 boul. du Curé-Labelle, Saint-Jérôme (Quebec) J7Y 5E9, during normal business hours.


When you select home delivery, the shipping cost will automatically be added to your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier’s tracking number. Your products will be delivered within 4 to 10 days of your online order. Additional delays may occur during high traffic periods, supply difficulties, exceptional circumstances or promotional events.


In the event of a product defect at the time of delivery, please contact at 450-438-7273, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (ET) or send an email to before returning the product. We will work with the manufacturer to rectify the situation.

Once the product is installed, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Please contact them directly. If necessary, we will provide you with the appropriate contacts.

Return and refund accepts product returns directly to its showroom if these returns are made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase upon presentation of your invoice. The following cumulative conditions also need to be met:

  • the product must be intact and not have been installed or used;
  • the product must be returned in its original packaging and this packaging must be intact;
  • you must provide one or more information, for example your first and last name, address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address or even an identity document, in order to identify you.
  • No returns will be accepted on materials that have been cut.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable, whether it is a refund or an exchange.

Processing time for a return varies by location. It can take anywhere from 4 to 30 days.

At all times, reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange.

Limitations of Liability

Please note that the information presented on the Site reflects the data the company had at the time of the development of the content of the site. Despite all the care taken by to ensure the accuracy of the information, errors may have occured.

The Site and the information it contains are not subject to any warranty, implicit or explicit, from reserves the right to cancel a web order at any time without notice.
