This timberframe gazebo is assembled in the traditional mortise-and-tenon manner. This is a custom design we made. It has a structure of 8''x8'' beams and columns stained with Sansin's Espresso color. We also installed a ceiling in select natural-colored red cedar paneling. All components of the structure are worked, sanded and stained in the workshop by our artisan carpenters in optimal conditions.
We covered it with an architectural style brown tin roof to match the house perfectly. This choice of material ensures long-term durability and complete protection. We have provided a space to accommodate 8 to 10 people and is divided into three sections. There is a lounge area with sectional sofa, a relaxation area made up of armchairs and a small table for reading as well as a bistro area for having a coffee or a drink depending on the time of day.
Additionally, we hung two pendant lights from the main ceiling beam. We wanted to allow the owners to take full advantage of it throughout the evening. Finally, given the distance from the neighbors, we kept the space open on all sides in order to immerse ourselves in the surrounding nature, thus creating a haven of peace in the open air.
