Refund policy

PurPatio.ca accepts product returns directly at its showroom within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, upon presentation of your receipt, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The product must be intact and must not have been installed or used.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must be intact.
• You must provide one or more pieces of identifying information, such as your first and last name, address, postal code, telephone number, email address, or a piece of identification.
• No returns will be accepted for materials that have been cut.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable when returning a product, whether for a refund or an exchange.
• A return fee of 5% of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund if the transaction was paid by credit card. This fee includes a 3% credit card processing fee and a 2% administrative fee. It does not apply to payments made by cash or debit card.
• A 30% restocking fee applies to regular composite/PVC products available immediately in-store. No returns or refunds are accepted for special orders of any kind.

Return processing times vary by location and may take between 4 and 30 days.

PurPatio.ca reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange at any time.
