Refund policy

PurPatio.ca accepts product returns, directly to its showroom, if these returns are made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase upon presentation of your invoice and if the following cumulative conditions are met:

• the product must be intact and not have been installed or used;
• the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging;
• provide one or more pieces of information, such as your first and last name, address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address or proof of identity, to identify yourself.
• No returns will be accepted on materials that have been cut.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable on product returns, whether for refund or exchange.
• A fee of 3% of the order total will be deducted from the refund if the transaction was made by credit card.
• 30% restocking fee for regular composite/pvc available immediately in store and no returns or refunds on special orders of any kind.
• Return processing times vary by location. It can take from 4 to 30 days.

PurPatio.ca reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange at any time.
