Everything you need to know about our sales policy


It is possible to make online purchases on the website www.purpatio.ca (hereinafter the “Site”). These purchases are governed by these conditions according to our sales policy applicable to online purchases. Take the time to read the sales policy carefully, because by purchasing through the PurPatio.ca Site (hereinafter “PurPatio.ca”), you agree to be bound by these conditions as well as all the modifications that PurPatio.ca may make to it from time to time.

Online purchase

The products you find on the Site are for sale in Canada only.

Product availability may vary from time to time. Some products may not even be available at the time of your order. In the event of a stock shortage, we will contact you. Two options are available to you:

  1. if you want a replacement product, we will adjust your order and send you a new invoice;
  2. If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund it to you.

Currency and applicable taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are expressed in Canadian dollars and are for informational purposes only. Due to market fluctuations, PurPatio.ca reserves the right to modify the prices of the items advertised at any time and without notice.

Federal and provincial taxes are not included in prices. Federal and provincial taxes are calculated according to the rate in effect in the province concerned at the time of purchase.

Payment method

You can pay for your online purchases by credit card by entering the cardholder's name and address on the account statement during the online purchase process. Full payment for your purchase will be taken from your card at the time you complete the transaction. VISA and MasterCard credit cards issued by Canadian banks are accepted.

Information is transmitted via SSL to Square for authorization and PCI standards will be respected.

PurPatio.ca reserves the right to verify the validity of the transaction with the card holder.

Order processing

Please allow 24-72 business hours for your order to be processed. If you have opted to collect your order directly from our showroom, you will receive a confirmation email from command@purpatio.ca when it is ready. It is possible to designate a third party to collect the order by notifying us to this effect via email. commande@purpatio.ca . Please arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday with a copy of the confirmation email. We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification from you to validate your identity.

Canceling or modifying an order

To partially or completely cancel a purchase made through the Site, simply contact PurPatio.ca at 450-438-7273 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (ET) or send a email to commande@purpatio.ca . Please reference the order number mentioned in the confirmation email.

If the product(s) have not been shipped, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 7 business days to see the amount in your account. If your order has been shipped, you will have to assume the transport costs to return the merchandise to us, or to bring it back to our showroom, at 2392 boul. du Curé-Labelle, Saint-Jérôme (Québec) J7Y 5E9, during normal opening hours.


When you select home delivery, the transport cost will be automatically added to your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier's tracking number. Your products will be delivered within 4 to 10 days following your online order. Additional delays may occur during high traffic periods, supply difficulties, exceptional circumstances or promotional events.


In the event of a product defect upon delivery, please contact PurPatio.ca at 450-438-7273 Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (ET) or send an email to command@purpatio.ca before returning the product. We will work with the manufacturer to rectify the situation.

Once the product is installed, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Please contact them directly. If necessary, we will provide you with the appropriate contacts.

Return and refund

PurPatio.ca accepts product returns, directly to its showroom, if these returns are made within thirty (30) days following the date of purchase upon presentation of your invoice and the following cumulative conditions are met:

  • the product must be intact and not have been installed or used;
  • the product must be returned in its original packaging and this packaging must be intact;
  • provide one or more pieces of information, for example your first and last name, your address, your postal code, your telephone number, your email address or even an identity document, in order to identify you.
  • No returns will be accepted on materials that have been cut.
  • Delivery costs are not refundable when returning a product, whether for a refund or an exchange.
  • A fee of 3% of the order total will be removed from the refund if the transaction was made by credit card.
  • 30% restocking fee for regular composite/pvc available immediately in store and no returns or refunds on special orders of any kind.

Processing times for a return vary by location. This may take between 4 and 30 days.

At all times, PurPatio.ca reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Limitations of Liability

Please note that the information presented on the Site reflects the data available to the company at the time of developing the content of the site. Despite all the care taken by PurPatio.ca to ensure the accuracy of the information, errors may have crept in.

The Site and the information it contains are not subject to any warranty, implicit or explicit, on the part of PurPatio.ca.

PurPatio.ca reserves the right to cancel a web order at any time and without notice.
