Description
Stainless steel plastic strip edge screws are designed for use with wood, composite, covered composite or PVC decking. Thanks to 316 stainless steel, it resists ultimate corrosion. These screws are perfect for fastening in areas near open water or where corrosion is more likely. They are designed with a rake-shaped tip, an aggressive bottom thread that ensures a strong grip, a reverse top thread that tightens the board against the joist, and a cutting head for a less visible entry point. In a box of 1000 pieces, which gives a coverage of approximately 285 square feet for a joist spacing of 16 inches on center. We recommend pre-drilling when using stainless steel deck screws with hardwood decks.

  • Use with DRIVE tool and Edge nose (orange)
  • The 2⅜ in. screw. (60.3 mm) secures treated wood, cedar, uncovered composite and PVC decking 1" to 1-½" (25.4 to 38.1 mm) thick.
  • The screw tip digs into the hardware reducing splits and cracks, the low profile head reduces visibility.
  • T-15 star drive limits bit disengagement.
  • Pre-drill with hardwood decking.
