Azek Coastline/Dark Hickory patio with gazebo and full lighting - Montreal

We designed a 510 sq. ft. main patio + 50 linear ft. of steps for smooth and safe circulation.

Four distinct privacy walls define the spaces:

• BBQ wall with 4 Hexx Black cutouts on black Hoft posts (14 linear ft.).
• High/low lounge wall in Espresso-stained red cedar (13 linear ft.).
• Dining room wall in cedar + 1 Hexx Black cutout (11 linear ft.).
• Entrance wall in Espresso-stained cedar (5 linear ft.).

A 12 ft. x 12 ft. timber frame gazebo adds elegant architectural volume, and an 18 sq. ft. Azek Coastline bar counter with Dark Hickory fascia becomes the friendly focal point.

• Foundation on 10 galvanized 8" x 7' helical piles for perfect stability in an urban environment.
• Premium grade ACQ pressure-treated wood structure with G-Tape, joist hangers, and preservative on cuts.
• Azek Vintage PVC decking in Coastline + Dark Hickory, FusionLoc clips, and Cortex screws for a sophisticated two-tone finish.
• Privacy walls: Western red cedar stained Sansin Espresso (sanded/stained in workshop) + Hideaway Hexx Black cutouts on Hoft black aluminum posts.
• Timber frame gazebo in planed white pine, Espresso/Onyx stained pine decking ceiling, Rothoblaas F70140L fasteners.
• Bar counter in Azek Coastline/Dark Hickory.

This mix of textures and colors creates a contemporary look with subtle and warm contrasts.

38 in-lite lights transform the yard into a nighttime scene:

• 20 Puck 22 dark in all risers to guide steps.
• 4 Flux to illuminate columns and structures.
• 3 Luna dark for hedges and cut-outs.
• 4 Mini Wedge dark on privacy wall posts.
• 1 Disc Pendant dark under the gazebo ceiling.
• 6 Ace High to illuminate the pathway.

Controlled by HUB-150 3-zone transformer with smart timer.

In just one week, or five intensive working days, our team transformed the space into a true outdoor paradise.

The project includes the installation of 10 helical piles, the complete structure, high-end Azek decking, as well as 4 cedar privacy walls stained with Hexx cutouts.

The entire setup is complemented by an elegant bar counter, a timber frame gazebo, and full outdoor lighting that highlights every detail once night falls.

The client now enjoys an elegant patio, 4 defined privacy zones, an architectural gazebo, and lighting that makes the yard a magical place day and night.
