Louis Philippe, or LP for his friends, is the owner, the boss, the director, the president, call him what you want, but he is "The Boss" . He founded Pur Patio and he is proud of it! It is a little, a lot, thanks to him that we have a dream job and that we have the chance every day to build the most beautiful patios in Quebec . His passion for winter sports has pushed him to create a company where one can decree " Law 10 " without any stress. For those who do not know, this internal law formally stipulates that when 10 cm of snow has fallen, all employees can take a day off to enjoy the joys of winter. Admit that we have already seen worse as a boss!

His personal beliefs are the basis of the company's values. All the green side of Pur Patio : recycling, use of ecological materials, carpooling, planting trees, comes largely from his will and his initiatives. The only thing he has not yet integrated into the company is to have the Green Giant among our employees.

Under his completely ordinary appearance hides extraordinary assets. LP is indeed the one who has the best analytical mind to carry out outdoor development projects , from design to construction. From the first meeting with him, you will discover a very friendly and very approachable man.

Even though he sometimes works from the office, it must be said that we try not to do so too often. Let's just say that it's not what he prefers and, when he thinks too much, the premises smell like something is burning. In any case, he is definitely an asset on construction sites and, what's more, it's good for his morale to be moving. Since he knows the plans for each project by heart, he always keeps a good overview of the different stages of construction and thus helps his team a lot.
