Noémie plays a key role within the team by taking charge of dressing and retouching our design plans. Her work involves refining every visual detail to ensure a harmonious, consistent presentation that is perfectly aligned with the company's quality standards. She directly contributes to enhancing the visual impact of projects so that our clients can envision themselves in their future environment.

She works closely with Louis-Philippe, with whom she forms a complementary and efficient duo. Together, they ensure that each creation respects both technical requirements and aesthetic expectations, maintaining fluid communication throughout the process. This synergy optimizes results and delivers meticulously crafted projects, down to the smallest details.

Beyond her technical skills, Noémie stands out for her kindness and human approach to work. Always positive and committed, she brings great energy to the team. Her passion for design is reflected in each of her contributions, where she demonstrates a constant concern for doing things well. Her involvement makes her an invaluable colleague.

With LP, she plays somewhat of an "unofficial technical support" role. Not necessarily the right hand... but clearly around when things start to bug out, load too long, or do questionable things. Over time, her second role has somewhat imposed itself: designer... and improvised technical support. Ironically, initially, she "didn't know much" about it... but that doesn't stop her from fixing bugs as if she'd been doing it her whole life (with, sometimes, a little internal prayer and a lot of determination).

Her nickname "Noémie 21 years old"? It comes from the time she was the "newbie," to quickly identify her... except since then, the newbie has become quite useful. Despite her young age, she demonstrates true professionalism. Will we one day say Noémie 30 years old?
