Our client wanted an outdoor pavilion and a large patio to enjoy their yard in the sun, while also being sheltered from the elements. This complete landscaping project, located in the Laurentians, includes a composite patio on the first level. This large space is ideal for cooking and eating meals outdoors, sunbathing, and relaxing in the sun. Its main advantage is that it requires no maintenance. Since the lot is sloping, we had enough space to build a veranda under the patio. Enclosed with screens and glass, it's practically an additional room in the house. It houses the hot tub, two bars, and a lounge area. We repurposed the space under the stairs to build a small playhouse for the children. This complete renovation is sure to please all its occupants!
