Luna 12V - outdoor lighting
We renovated this patio using Trex Transcend Tropical composite decking in Havana Gold. The old patio was outdated, but it had a solid screw pile foundation that we retained. Whenever possible, we prioritize patio renovation before building a new one, but the foundation and structure must be strong and usable for a new patio. Therefore, we chose to keep the same layout and build a solid, durable patio with a 25-year warranty on the Trex composite.
Our mandate was to rebuild the front and back patios of the residence to ensure they would last for years and be maintenance-free. In addition, Trex lights illuminate the risers. Hybrid railings in black aluminum and glass secure the perimeter of the front deck and lounge area. These are the Murano model from Aluminium Distinction, which perfectly complement the style of the property.
