This Montreal resident wanted more privacy in her backyard with a new deck and pergola. Her neighbors live very close to her property. We therefore designed this complete landscaping plan for a new, multi-level, private composite deck with a bioclimatic pergola.

First, directly outside the house is a dining area and a barbecue. This area is well-hidden from view by privacy screens. Furthermore, it's also sheltered from the sun and rain by a bioclimatic pergola. Two large lights illuminate the dining table, allowing you to make the most of this space! Having the barbecue near the front door also makes it easier to move around while preparing meals.

After descending a short distance of four composite steps, you'll find a lounge area. This space features an L-shaped sofa, comfortable chairs, and a small table. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors after a delicious meal. The steps leading to this area are illuminated by lights integrated into the risers, ensuring safety and adding a modern touch. This patio landing is also very private, as it's enclosed by a privacy wall. The entire design was conceived to create a secluded terrace and a welcoming space for entertaining guests.
