This immense outdoor courtyard, divided into several zones, is worthy of a southern all-inclusive resort! Just outside the house, an Azek Vintage PVC patio seamlessly connects the different spaces. It's two-tone: Coastline for the center and Dark Hickory for the accents, skirting, and steps. On the first level, there's a small relaxation area.
Next, on the main landing, we find a dining room. A PVC bench is located near the spa, and a door leads to the backyard entrance. This door is concealed within the Hoft privacy wall, constructed of aluminum and wood. A two-tone stained Western Red Cedar pergola, finished in Espresso and Onyx Black by Sansin, covers the spa area. A Hoft privacy wall, also made of aluminum and wood with integrated cutouts, screens the view from the neighbors to the side and front. Another door, concealed within this wall, provides a second access to the backyard.
A concrete slab surrounds the area near the pool. On top of this slab sits a large gazebo made of Sansin's white pine timberframe, stained Espresso and Onyx Black. It offers an incredible view of the pool and the rest of the backyard. Furthermore, its single-sloped roof, with cutouts in the front openings, gives it a unique and modern look. It also features a long pergola, attached to the front beam. This shelters the barbecue without placing it completely beneath the structure.
Beneath the gazebo, two distinct areas are created: a second dining area and a lounge with a hanging chair. Central columns define the space, each with an alcove in the cedar wall behind the gazebo, providing storage or display space for decorative items. Finally, pendant lights and In-Lite outdoor lighting fixtures create a warm ambiance, illuminating walkways so you can enjoy summer evenings in every corner of this beautiful backyard!
