This client, who lives in the Montreal area, entrusted us with the task of creating a custom design. He wanted a completely new layout that would meet all his needs. We therefore designed this multi-level patio with a modern-looking gazebo.
The patio is constructed of TimberTech composite, which requires no maintenance. It features multiple levels, making it suitable for a variety of needs. Right outside the house, there's a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. This space is enclosed by screens and privacy walls, creating a terrace-like atmosphere while maintaining privacy. Glass railings, however, allow for a view of the backyard from this level.
Further down the stairs, you'll find the barbecue area. This space is quite large and includes a sink counter, as well as some storage shelves. It's all conveniently located just behind a bar, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal while staying with your guests. Next, directly in front of the bar, is the dining area. This spot is perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. It's situated under a pine gazebo with lighting. A corner sofa is also located beneath the gazebo.
To provide storage space, we designed a large Canexel-clad shed. This shed is attached to the gazebo and has a pine finish, complementing its modern look. An outdoor lighting system was installed directly on the shed, allowing us to fully enjoy the outdoor space.
