This multi-level Trex gallery was designed, at the client's request, to be asymmetrical. It also had to maintain an unobstructed view of the courtyard from the house. It consists of two levels, one of which is offset at an angle.

The upper level is at the kitchen's patio door. It houses the barbecue for easy access when preparing meals. The second level is designed as a lounge area with a large sectional sofa and a bistro table for al fresco dining and coffee. The flooring is Island Mist composite from Trex's Transcend Tropical line, requiring no maintenance.

Under the patio, we find a Sansin Onyx Black stained cedar skirt. We integrated storage to maximize space without compromising the aesthetics. The chosen railings are tri-color aluminum. The post and rails are white, the balusters are black, and the handrail is gray. This is the Heritage model from Aluminium Distinction. This color combination creates a warm, enveloping effect while echoing the color of the house's doors and windows, as well as the flooring and the patio skirt. They blend well with the traditional style of the house. We also added Trex lights to the risers to create ambiance after sunset.
