This multi-level terrace, which we designed, was intended to incorporate a secure Trex pool patio, a barbecue area near the patio door, a dining area for 6 people, a location for the spa, and a relaxation area with armchairs.

We opted for a combination of two warm Trex composite colors that complement the house: Ropeswing from the Transcend Classic line and Havana Gold from the Transcend Tropical line. We added Trex lights to the stair risers for a cozy ambiance in the evening. The dining area is covered by an existing gazebo that we incorporated into the design. We also enclosed this area with privacy walls made of Western Red Cedar, which we chose to leave in its natural color. These partitions ensure we can dine in complete privacy from the neighbors.

We've reused the same partitions on the upper level to ensure privacy around the barbecue and pool. The white aluminum railings match the house's doors and windows. They make the pool area secure, with a self-closing, locking gate. We aligned the spa with the dining area. This proximity between the spa and the lounge area on the ground floor allows guests to be close together. They can then enjoy several areas simultaneously while remaining within easy reach of one another. We designed the space and provided the necessary information based on the future placement of the spa and pool. Storage space was also included on the other side of the pool, under the Trex patio, within the wooden skirting.
