Decorative cedar pergola project built from Western red cedar. The design of this curved cedar pergola was created by Louis Philippe Lord of Pur Patio. The size was predetermined by the location of the foundations which dated from the previous year, when the paving stone was installed around the pool.
This cedar pergola was completely prefabricated and pre-stained in the Pur Patio carpentry workshop. Construction at our client's site therefore lasted only one day, as all elements were prefabricated. You will notice in the photos of this pergola, the quality of the red cedar used to make the columns, as well as the select cedar guy lines. The stainless screws which are used to attach the stays to the structure have been completely hidden by wooden dowels.
