This unique and modern pool patio was designed based on the landscaping already present. The owners wanted a terrace which would connect the house to the swimming pool and which could accommodate the barbecue in addition to a small relaxation area in complete privacy. They planned to use their paved space on the ground to accommodate the dining and lounge area. For their future paio, the security aspect was their priority. That's why we used Nami patio brackets for fixing to the house.
First, we built an asymmetrical pool patio using Trex composite in Clam Shell and Rope Swing colors. A two-level privacy wall protects from neighbors' views. In addition, the configuration is designed to maintain privacy while allowing functional access for the clothesline. It is made of Chesapeake stained Western red cedar from Sansin and is surrounded by a composite top. The horizontal boards reinforce the modern look of the layout.
Then, we installed a small identical screen in front of the heat pump to hide it. Additionally, the skirting under the patio is also stained cedar, creating a beautiful arrangement. The ramps are made of black aluminum. In front of the pool, we find the Murano 48 inch model and everywhere else the Standard 36 and 48 inch model from Aluminum Distinction. A latch with spring hinges secures the barrier giving access to the swimming pool. Finally, ambient lights decorate the risers to extend the moments spent outside until the evening.
