This client called on our construction services following a design mandate that we had carried out for him. The process was intended to meet his needs. He wanted to visualize two different configurations in order to choose the one he preferred for his new terrace. In addition, he wanted something maintenance-free, intimate on the sides and open to his courtyard with a large staircase. A Trex Natural patio was therefore the ideal solution for him.
So we built him a Trex Natural patio in Rocky Harbor and Coastal Bluff, a maintenance-free composite. The configuration allows the barbecue to be placed near the patio door. Right next to it, we have set up a small counter also in composite. Next, the dining section is under the gazebo that the client already had. It allows occupants to eat sheltered from the sun and rain. Privacy walls in Western red cedar stained Black Onyx from Sansin, mounted on black aluminum posts, protect the view from side neighbors.
Towards the courtyard, a large staircase gives access to the land. Black Aluminum Distinction Standard ramps secure them. Additionally, we integrated lights into the risers. Under the patio, storage accessible by 3 doors in the Sansin Black Onyx stained Western red cedar skirt, which is very practical while being aesthetic.
