This couple used our services to first create a personalized design plan and then for the construction of their Trex patio. They wanted to have an intimate place with the possibility of integrating a spa later. One of their priorities was to limit the tasks relating to the maintenance of their future terrace. Incorporating storage into the skirt was also an option that really interested them.
So we designed a Trex Tropical patio in Havana Gold and Spiced Rum colors large enough to accommodate the barbecue, the dining area and a relaxation area. The texture and color of the composite imitates real wood, but without the hassle of maintaining it. The skirt under the patio is also composite. Moreover, hidden storage behind it is accessible through a door located on the side. It is practical in addition to being discreet. Large corner steps provide access to the land. They are decorated with ambient lights in the risers. In addition, a spa could easily be added to the side of these.
The left side of the patio is more intimate thanks to openwork black aluminum cutouts with organic patterns reminiscent of trees. In addition, black aluminum Heritage railings from Aluminum Distinction surround the other sides. In the event that we would have to position the spa, we would have the possibility of removing the section of ramps at the descent of the stairs as well as the first from the patio in order to allow direct access from the terrace.
