The SBD spindle is suitable for joining head beams and creating continuous beams by restoring shear forces and moment. The self-drilling wood-metal tip with special geometry reduces the possibility of breakage during screwing.
The threading against the tip facilitates screwing; the longer under-head threading enables fast, precise closure of the assembly. The spindle's reduced diameter ensures high assembly rigidity.
