Following a personalized design mandate, these clients decided to build their relaxation pavilion near the swimming pool. It is a patio covered with an aluminum pergola with adjustable slats and a privacy wall with a modern look. This space is dedicated to the lounge section, where occupants can enjoy the beautiful summer days as they wish.
The patio is Trex Transcend Tropical composite in Havana Gold color. It is a maintenance-free material reminiscent of real wood without the associated inconvenience. The bioclimatic aluminum pergola that protects the area. It is adobe and white in color which goes well with the color of the composite. The louvers rotate through an angle of 170 degrees to control the amount of sunlight desired. In addition, they close completely in the event of rain thanks to the home automation system and integrated rain sensors. The perimeter gutter system drains water through one of the columns.
Finally, the white aluminum privacy wall brings a modern and distinctive visual element to the layout. It has organic patterns reminiscent of branches. Its position and opacity limit the view of the shed from the lounge area. It is certainly a peaceful and pleasant place to relax during the summer season.
